Four (4) finalists vied for the title of MRS. FIL-AM 2015. These four ladies are the ambassadors of the association during the past months who try to help the association raise funds for its projects.
The pageant was historical not only because of its lovely candidates but because of the top-caliber entertainment provided by Global Pinoy Talent USA Champion 2014 ALLESJA MORALES, well-known dermatologist Dr. TESS MAURICIO and Philippine heartthrob GABBY CONCEPCION.

The title for Mrs. Fil-Am 2015 was won by ROXANNE WALLACE
MRS. FIL-AM RUNNER-UPS are:
First Runner-Up Mrs. Fil-Am Luzon is VILMA KLEINE with her sash and crown
Second Runner-Up Mrs. Visayas is DORIZ RODRIGUEZ
Third Runner-Up Mrs. Mindanao is DORY ZOCCO
